5. The deadline for the performance of the contract is up to 10 days from the date of signing the agreement.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit the safety data sheets of the offered materials and/or a quality specification containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming that the offered products meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.

The executor shall file documents in the original or a copy certified for conformity with the original in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. When the contractor transfers an electronic copy of the document, a qualified electronic signature shall be equivalent to certifying an electronic copy of the document for conformity with the original.

Documents drawn up in a foreign language should be submitted together with translation into Polish.

If the Contractor does not submit the above evidence measures in question or are incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act, call the Contractor within the specified time limit to submit or supplement them.
