Supply of reagents for research for the needs of ZPIR IRZiBŻ PAS in Olsztyn

1. The subject of the contract is a one-time supply of reagents for research at the ZIPR plant of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority has allowed the submission of partial offers (5 lots) Each Contractor may submit an offer for any number of lots.

1. The subject of the contract is a one-time supply of reagents for research at the ZIPR plant of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority has allowed the submission of partial offers (5 lots) Each Contractor may submit an offer for any number of lots.

2. 2. The offered reagents must meet the requirements specified in the offer form Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The offered reagents must be approved for marketing in the Republic of Poland or the EU.

3. The Contractor shall deliver the products accompanied by safety data sheets and/or a quality specification containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming the conformity of the supplied products with the SWZ.

4. The warranty period for the products may not be shorter than 75% of the standard period offered by the manufacturer, counting from the date of its delivery. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the method of filing complaints in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 3 – draft provisions of the agreement

5. The deadline for the performance of the contract is up to 10 days from the date of signing the agreement.

6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit the safety data sheets of the offered materials and/or a quality specification containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming that the offered products meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.

The executor shall file documents in the original or a copy certified for conformity with the original in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. If the original of the document referred to above has not been produced in the form of an electronic document, the contractor may draw up and provide an electronic copy of the document in question. When the contractor transfers an electronic copy of the document, a qualified electronic signature shall be equivalent to certifying an electronic copy of the document for conformity with the original.

Documents drawn up in a foreign language should be submitted together with translation into Polish.

If the Contractor does not submit the above evidence measures in question or are incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act, call the Contractor within the specified time limit to submit or supplement them.
