The contract includes the purchase and delivery of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) and necessary standard accessories for permanent use (including glasses, bottle openers, trays, counter attributes, [...]) in various accommodations.
The Autonomous Municipality of Geraardsbergen acts as the commissioning committee for this assignment, but also the Local Administration of Geraardsbergen (City and Public Center for Social Welfare) will appeal to the beverage agreement negotiated by the Autonomous Municipal Corporation. The assignment has a performance period of 4 years.
The summaries, numbers and descriptions are non-exhaustive. The main products purchased from the various entities in recent years were included in the inventory.
For the calculation of the probable quantity, this average was extended over the entire duration of this contract, in particular 4 years.
They are provided for information purposes only. The commissioning board reserves the right to deviate from the information provided according to the needs.
In the event of a deviation, no claim can be made for compensation.
In addition to the products listed in the inventory, all other items from the firm's catalog may be the subject of this agreement. The catalog must be added to the quotation. The agreement does not concern a 100% exclusivity contract. If the supplier cannot offer a suitable product for certain applications or if the price is too high, the board has the right to purchase it from another company.

- De Abdij Cultural Center, Abdijstraat 10, 9500 Geraardsbergen (includes Koetshuis, Adbijdstraat 10, and Arjaantheater, Zonnebloemstraat b / n),
- Sportstadion, Zonnebloemstraat 5 in 9500 Geraardsbergen,
- Haslud Youth Center, Hasseltsestraat 17, in 9500 Geraardsbergen (Ophasselt),
- City Hall, Markt z / n, 9500 Geraardsbergen,
- Art academy, Grotestraat 20A, 9500 Geraardsbergen (minimum purchase),
- Library, Gasthuisstraat 28, 9500 Geraardsbergen (minimum purchase),
- WZC Denderoord, Hoge Buizemont 247, 9500 Geraardsbergen,
- WZC De Populier, Groteweg 25B, 9500 Geraardsbergen, and
- De Maretak service center, Groteweg 27 A and B, in 9500 Geraardsbergen.
Additional new as well as temporary / one-off delivery points in function of the organization of various local events are possible during the entire duration of the agreement and this within Groot-Geraardsbergen.
