The purpose of the tender is to enter into partial agreements with one or more suppliers on the furnishing of the newly built Frederikværk School, including the furnishing of classrooms, common rooms, craft and music rooms, etc.
The tender is divided into the following three lots:
- Part 1: Student chair, student table and teacher's chair
- Lot 2: Miscellaneous furniture, including tables, chairs, stools and storage
- Delaftale 3: Stage boxes, lounge furniture and motor furniture
The offered furniture is to be delivered and erected before Frederiksværk School is put into operation on 3 January 2023.
If it is not possible for the tenderer to make new furniture available on lots 1 and 2 before 3 January 2022, the supplier may make loan furniture available until the new furniture can be delivered. For lot 3, it is accepted that loan furniture cannot be made available and thus that the delivery deadline can be postponed.
It is possible for the tenderer to submit tenders for one or more lots.

This lot 1 covers the supply of student chairs, student desks and teacher chairs
The estimated contract value for this sub-agreement amounts to DKK 2,400,000 excl. VAT. The estimates constitute the Contracting Entity's best estimate.
The offered furniture is to be delivered and erected before Frederiksværk School is put into operation on 3 January 2023.
If it is not possible for the tenderer to make new furniture available on lot 1 before 3 January 2022, the supplier may make loan furniture available until the new furniture can be delivered.

Lot 2: Miscellaneous furniture, including tables, chairs, stools and storageThe purpose of the tender is to enter into partial agreements with one or more suppliers on the furnishing of the newly built Frederikværk School, including the furnishing of classrooms, common rooms, craft and music rooms, etc.
This lot 2 covers the supply of various furniture, including tables, chairs, stools and storage.
The estimated contract value for this sub-agreement amounts to DKK 830,000 excl. VAT. The estimates constitute the Contracting Entity's best estimate.
The offered furniture is to be delivered and erected before Frederiksværk School is put into operation on 3 January 2023.
If it is not possible for the tenderer to make new furniture available on lot 2 before 3 January 2022, the supplier may make loan furniture available until the new furniture can be delivered.

Part 3: Stage boxes, lounge furniture and doctor furnitureThe purpose of the tender is to enter into partial agreements with one or more suppliers on the furnishing of the newly built Frederikværk School, including the furnishing of classrooms, common rooms, craft and music rooms, etc.
This lot 3 covers the supply of stage boxes, lounge furniture and play furniture.
The estimated contract value for this sub-agreement amounts to DKK 680,000 excl. VAT. The estimates constitute the Contracting Entity's best estimate.
The offered furniture is to be delivered and erected before Frederiksværk School is put into operation on 3 January 2023.
If it is not possible for the tenderer to make new furniture available, it is accepted that loan furniture cannot be made available and thus that the delivery deadline can be postponed.
