Conception of a stage programme and takeover of the stage management for the NRW state appearance at the International Green Week 2024 to 2026 in Berlin.

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia will once again participate in the

International Green Week in Berlin. The state will present itself with its own state contribution under the claim "North Rhine-Westphalia City, Country, River". As in previous years, the exhibitors will offer a portfolio of topics from regional agriculture, the food industry, gourmet tourism, healthy and sustainable nutrition, environmental education and consumer protection through their stand campaigns.

The subject of this award is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an economic operator for the conception of a stage program, as well as the takeover

of the stage management for the NRW state appearance at the International Green Week 2024 to 2026 in Berlin

The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.03.2026.

The stage format of the NRW state appearance for the IGW 2024, 2025 and 2026 is to be developed in consultation with the client and the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection.

IGW Deadline: 19.01. - 28.01.2024; 17.01. - 26.01.2025; 16.01. - 25.01.2026.

Note: For the trade fair years 2025 and 2026, the assumptions from 2024 are adopted. Changes in dates cannot be ruled out.
