Subject of the contract is the implementation and execution of the overall urban development measure "civil servants quarters" as fiduciary remediation vehicles of the city Brunsbüttel within the meaning of § 157, 160 BauGB for this overall measure in the formally redevelopment area "civil servants quarters and adjacent roads" within the framework of federal and state subsidies Urban development program "Urban heritage protection".
