The purpose of this contract is to provide legal assistance in social law (lot 1), social security law (lot 2) and real estate law (lot 3) in consultancy.
Lot 1: Assistance and Legal Advice in Social LawThe holder of a lot is asked about a situation facing the IRCEC in the area of social law, social security law or real estate law. Under current law, it proposes the applicable legal framework or makes comments, proposes corrections to the direction envisaged by the IRCEC, in order to resolve the situation and ensure the legal certainty of the solution.
