Mikkeli Region Large-Scale Procurement Tire, consisting of City of Mikkeli, Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd, Etelä-Savon Koulutus Oy, Etelä-Savo Social and Health Services Municipal Association ESSOTE, Hirvensalmi Municipality, Kangasniemi Municipality, Otavia, Mäntyharju Central Finland, Mäntyharju The Municipality of Finland, the Youth Institute of Finland, the Service House Annakoti and the Service House Pietarinpirtti are asking you to submit a tender for the bakery products covered by the invitation to tender and transported to the locations listed in Annex 1 as described in the invitation to tender. Due to possible organizational changes during the term of the contract, the customer has the right to transfer the contract to a third party to whom the tasks of the customer are transferred in whole or in part.

The procurement procedure is a framework agreement with the option of offering only a portion of the products and only to a portion of the purchasing ring member. The procurement ring will choose between 3 and 12 suppliers for the framework agreement. The Tenderer shall download the completed Excel form attached to the invitation to tender in the line provided. The tenderer shall tick on the form the places of delivery to which the tenderer undertakes to deliver. A bidder may choose to offer products to only one (1) member of the procurement ring (Appendix 2).
