The Norwegian Defence Material Agency [Forsvarsmateriell] will procure a new monitoring system for the medical technical infrastructure (HMS - Hospital Monitoring System) for the hospital on board the HNoMS Maud. 

The system consists of a control and monitoring PC and 8 HMI panels. The panels are located in the medical facilities. The system will receive signals from IPMS, but is an independent system that is not controlled via IPMS. The interface between IPMS and HMS is approx. 400 IO.

Installation and testing on board the vessel as well as provided training must be completed before 30 June 2023. There are a few weeks during which the vessel will not be available for this project, but otherwise the tenderer can decide when the installation will be carried out.
