Bergen Municipality and collaborating partners will enter into framework agreements for conference services including accommodation

The contest is divided into three lots:

1. The central areas of Bergen (in Bergenhus district)

2. The airport area

3. Outside Bergen Municipality (within 100 km from Bergen City Hall)

IK-EØS 038-2023 Lot 1 - The central areas of Bergen (in Bergenhus district)

Bergen municipality and its collaborative partners shall enter into 1-2 agreements for a conference hotel and accommodation in the central areas of Bergen (in Bergenhus district)

Bergen Municipality is entering an agreement with the following co-operating parties

Alver Municipality, Øygarden Municipality, Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home, Landås parish senior centre, the Institute of Marine Research.

IK-EEA 038-2023 Lot 2 - The airport area

Bergen municipality and its collaborative partners shall enter into 1-2 agreements for a conference hotel and accommodation within 5 km from Bergen Airport.

Bergen Municipality is entering an agreement with the following co-operating parties

Alver Municipality, Øygarden Municipality, Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home, Landås parish senior centre, the Institute of Marine Research.

IK-EØS 038-2023 Lot 3 - Outside Bergen municipality

Bergen municipality and its collaborative partners shall enter into 1-2 agreements for a conference hotel and accommodation services outside Bergen municipality. However, the hotel must be within 100 km from the Bergen City Hall.

Bergen Municipality is entering an agreement with the following co-operating parties

Alver Municipality, Øygarden Municipality, Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home, Landås parish senior centre, the Institute of Marine Research.
