General planning Einsteinufer facade and roof renovation.

The subject of the tender is the award of architectural and engineering services in the field of structural engineering as general planning for the facade and roof renovation of the Einsteinufer 43 building. This essentially includes the service profiles of the object planning buildings, outdoor facilities, structural planning, proportionate, necessary planning services for the technical equipment and advice on building physics in accordance with the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI) as well as planning fire protection service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI. The UdK initially intends to commission level 1 (LP1,2) and reserves the right to call up the further services in stages (option). The core of the project is the structural upgrading of the building envelope to maintain the building substance and to improve the energetic situation, especially the facade of the administration building. A structural expansion of the area is not planned. The focus is on a structural solution with the greatest possible energetic effect, taking into account the specifications of the monument protection and the implementation of a high-quality design solution.

The main contents of the renovation are:

- Renewal of the facade of the Einsteinufer administration building,

- Renewal, renovation of the facade and roofs of the shed halls, connecting structures

- the renovation or refurbishment of the outdoor facilities and access routes to the inner courtyard in accordance with the listed buildings.
