The objectives of the contract are as follows: ensuring the security of persons and property of the EU Delegation in the Central African Republic, providing guard services for the Delegation's buildings and residences, providing general surveillance of these buildings so as to prevent any intrusion or attack on persons or property, establishing regular contact between the different sites to be monitored through regular patrols and periodic checks via radio between the central office and the different sites, establishing a rapid reaction force in the event of an accident or incident, installing and maintaining alarm and security systems (panic buttons) in staff homes, providing close protection officers for the protection of the Head of Delegation, other Delegation employees and visitors on mission, providing security equipment and driving armoured vehicles.
