The assignment concerns the provision of 'light as a service' in the context of 'the circular economy', being the removal of the existing non-functional lighting installation, the installation of a new lighting installation including lighting control, the provision of light in accordance with agreed performance indicators and the provision of maintenance services in accordance with the conditions of the current specifications and current regulations.

By “non-functioning” parts is meant: luminaires / lighting posts that must be replaced during the compulsory site visit.
