The basic amount of the tender includes labour costs, which the contracting authority has estimated at € 317,138.83.

Pursuant to art. 58 of the Procurement Code, it should be noted that the award in question cannot be divided into lots as it is a service to be carried out in a single production plant and subject to a unitary coordination of activities, in order to ensure the necessary homogeneity and effectiveness of the services from both a technical and economic point of view as well as from the point of view of occupational safety, considering the interdependence and/or consequentiality between the individual services covered by the contract.

The collective agreement applied is Metalworking.

The service must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specification ONI/ONAF ST 108 1 1 of 22/11/2022 (attached to the contract scheme).

Maintenance service of abatement/emission plants located at the National Foundry Armament Workshop in Bari.
