The overall contract includes the creation, installation and final transfer of a number of digital exhibits and, as an ancillary service, the architectural and graphic design of the United for Land exhibition, including the main PR motif. The scope of the contract is based on the objective of achieving a uniform appearance in order to convincingly advance the topic of ecological restoration of land.
The contract includes the following services in particular:

Panorama cinema as an immersive experience (Room A)
Multimedia Globe (Room A)
Immersive landscapes: 3 digital, interactive floor projections (rooms B-D)
Immersive landscapes: 9 monitors or projection solutions, 3 of which are interactive (rooms B-D)
AR-Companions (onboarding video stations with implementation as app) (rooms A-E)
Interactive station with digital take-away (room E)

The bidder can find out about the spatial and technical conditions on site on the basis of Annex C.4 and visit the premises within the bidding period (after prior notification via the contracting authority).
The bidder can find out about the content and the status of the preparations, without these being binding for the concept to be submitted, on the basis of Annexes C.1, C.2 and C.3.
