As part of the improvement of its operational performance and to accelerate Business France's digital transformation projects, the IT department of Business France wishes to entrust support and technical implementation activities to trusted third parties, holders of this contract.

Lot 1 constitutes a set of know-how, interpersonal skills and services composed of units of work enabling the Holder of this lot to take charge of all the identified activities of "information systems consultancy" throughout the duration of the contract.

This lot 2 constitutes a set of know-how, interpersonal skills, for a service composed of a single unit of work allowing the Holder of this lot to take charge of all activities related to the analysis of financial management and the optimization of business value in cloud environments of the IT Department of Business France.

This Lot 3 constitutes a set of know-how, interpersonal skills and services composed of units of work enabling the Holder of this lot to take charge of all the identified activities of support for the IT Department in the award of its public contracts (in particular concerning the construction of the documents of a Business Consultation File (DCE)

This Lot 4 constitutes a set of know-how, interpersonal skills and services composed of units of work enabling the Holder of this Lot to take charge, within the framework of new application projects, of the technical implementation based on innovative solutions.

This Lot 5 constitutes a set of know-how, interpersonal skills and services composed of units of work allowing the Holder of this lot to take charge of all the activities necessary on its technological platform to ensure the hosting of a website. This can be for a new site (as a result of a project) as well as an existing site.

Within the framework of existing sites and by decision of Business France, this lot provides for the possibility of migrating the hosting of one of several websites currently supported by one or more third parties to the platform of the Holder of this lot.

Lot 6 constitutes a set of know-how, interpersonal skills and services composed of units of work enabling the Holder of this lot to take charge of all the activities necessary to ensure a project to create a website or an application in response to a need. This can concern the creation of a new site as well as structuring evolutions of an existing site or application.
