There are a number of smaller plants located in our customers' properties that produce heat and cooling, but also a mobile intervention business (mobile boiler centers) that is part of this contract.

Stockholm Exergi AB has many plants located in Stockholm that produce heat, cooling and electric power. There are a number of smaller plants located in our customers' properties that produce heat and cooling, but also a mobile intervention business (mobile boiler centers) that is part of this contract. The contract includes: Operation and maintenance of heating and cooling plants, 4 sub-centers and 2 exchange stations that switch the district heating network to a secondary network plus 13 Mobile Boiler Centers (MPC). around the clock 365 days a year. B's end customers must have high availability of heat and cooling deliveries and disruptions in these deliveries must be corrected as soon as an alarm if interruptions have been received. E shall manage planned and emergency maintenance at the facilities under his own control and with the help of ue. In consultation with B, E shall make annual audit plans and propose improvements to the business. E shall conduct monthly readings for each facility and report figures in a monthly report provided by B. The MPC assignment includes booking of transport, set-up and connection of the units, 24-hour operation monitoring, fuel calls, take-home after completion of the assignment and it extends geographically throughout Stockholm County. Stockholm Exergi AB intends to sign an agreement with only 1 tenderer in this tender.
