In order to fully include the hiring of external staff within this tender, the tender is divided into four (4) lots:

1. Facility functions.

2. Surveillanten.

3. Freelancers.

4. IB-47 (short assignments).

Tendering for a part of the lot is not permitted and leads to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. Based on historical data, the estimated indicative contract value excluding VAT per lot, per year is:

• Plot 1: € 86.000,00;

• Plot 2: € 33.000,00;

• Plot 3: € 881.000,00;

• Plot 4: € 75.000,00.

For plots 1 to 3, approximately 14,891 hours of hiring were delivered in 2021, which are divided as follows:

• Lot 1: 2,942;

• Lot 2: 1,842;

• Plot 3: 10.107.

It is expected that on the basis of inflation the contract value can increase substantially, but also the number of hours hired during the term of the Agreement divided over the lots will increase and can increase to a maximum of 20,000 hours.
