The aim of the procurement is to establish parallel framework agreements that can be used to obtain necessary external competence for NAV.

The contracts shall cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in its own department on a given day, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contracts can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
