The project focuses on the rehabilitation and extension of the socio-cultural center 29-31 located at 29 and 31 rue Dauvilliers in Arpajon.
The operation will be phased in order to allow business continuity:
— phase 1: demolition — reconstruction of the east half, Chevrier Park side (starting November 2021),
— phase 2: rehabilitation of the western half,
— phase 3: creation of paths.
