Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH (StwBoH) will build an innovative and efficient heating and cooling supply with a high proportion of renewable energy on the Mark 51°7 site in Bochum. The supply concept includes plant technology for heating and cooling, which is to be built in the "Energiezentrale Ost". The planned Energy Centre East will be located on a public, paved square. Part of the East Energy Centre to be planned is the 10 kV station. It is fully integrated into the building and is considered to be completely part of the rest of the building. The 10 kV station will be fully planned and then executed in the course of the construction project.
