Open procedure for the assignment of the multi-channel Contact Center service of the Authority for Communications Guarantees - CIG 9401738F9F
The contract has as its object the supply, without interruption, of an efficient multi-channel contact center service, which constitutes the front-office of the Public Relations Office of the Authority (URP), carrying out the activities of reception, listening, management of requests for information, assistance and orientation of the reference users consisting of citizens, users / consumers, companies, operators in the regulated sectors, public bodies and associations.
The overall score, equal to 100 points, is divided into 80 points for the technical offer and 20 points for the economic offer.
Competing operators may formulate, exclusively in Italian, requests for clarification by proposing written questions to be submitted at least ten days before the expiry of the deadline set for the submission of tenders. No answers will be given to questions received after the deadline indicated.
