The work to carry out the improvements consists in particular and in a non-exhaustive manner of:

- the installation, maintenance, modification and dismantling of site signs;

- the inventory;

- the implementation of health and safety measures on the entire site;

- compliance with all of Infrabel's requirements regarding the work to be carried out in the vicinity of its properties;

- brush clearing, tree felling and stump grubbing;

- various demolition works (coatings, foundations, localized elements, etc.);

- placing in CET / CTA of waste from the site;

- earthworks in cut and fill;

- quality monitoring of earthworks and various land movements;

- construction of impetrant trenches;

- excavated earthworks for the creation of a storm basin;

- the provisional deposit of the excavated land;

- processing… (see market documents).

The works to carry out the infrastructure and equipment works of the new boulevard consist in particular and in a non-exhaustive way of:

- the installation, maintenance, modification and dismantling of site signs;

- the inventory;

- the implementation of health and safety measures on the entire site;

- compliance with all of Infrabel's taxes regarding the work to be carried out in the vicinity of its properties;

- brush clearing, tree felling and stump grubbing;

- various demolition works (coatings, foundations, localized elements, etc.);

- placing in CET / CTA of waste from the site;

- earthworks in cut and fill;

- compliance with the monitoring of the specialized soil office designated by the contracting authority concerning the quality of the earthworks and the various movements of land;

- construction of impetrant trenches and coordination of all stakeholders;

- excavated earthworks for the creation of a storm basin;

- the provisional deposit of the excavated land;

- the treatment of backfill;

- the disposal of surplus land and its treatment;

- the construction of an engineering structure, comprising in particular the foundations, structural elements, deck, waterproofing, coatings, technical equipment;

- construction of reinforced concrete and gabion retaining structures;

- construction of backfill with filler materials (stabilized sand, arable land, etc.);

- construction of rainwater and wastewater aqueducts;

- the implementation of linear elements;

- the implementation of sub-foundations and foundations for new infrastructures as well as the associated plate tests;

- the implementation of hydrocarbon and other coatings;

- plantations and surroundings;

- the creation of road markings;

- supply and installation of street furniture;

- the installation of definitive directional signs; maintenance work during the warranty period.

All the work includes:

- all excavation and fill necessary for the execution of the work;

- all the supplies, labor and constraints necessary for the complete execution of the works according to the rules of the art;

- the final toilet;

- maintenance of the works during the warranty period: all supplies and labor included.

The purpose of the catenary works is to adapt the catenary installations for the overpass at Clabecq, from the catenary support 3/4 to the supports 3/21 - 3/22, and it includes, in main order:

- work to build foundations for posts and catenary posts;

- installation work for poles, posts, brackets, sleepers, guy wires, metal equipment, engineering structure equipment, etc.;

- transfer work for catenaries, earth cables and aerial fiber optic cables;

- transfer work, shifting, re-spreading with resumption of mechanical tensions, and adaptations of contact lines (including disconnections) and of the existing earth cable;

- work to remove existing catenaries, poles, brackets, sleepers, anchors, metallic or non-metallic equipment, which have become unnecessary;

- work to remove asbestos from the surfaces of the dice of the old catenary support structures prior to their demolition;

- various jobs such as making dice…;

- all the studies necessary for the work listed above;

- the supply of metallic material, concretes and other materials necessary for the works.

Also part of the company are all the preparatory work, the means of execution without any reservation, the authorization requests generally of any kind, the research (including surveys) and protection of applicants during the works, the connection requests, the restoration of the premises, the maintenance of the works during the warranty period, absolutely nothing being reserved. The resulting costs are included in the tender prices.

For lot 2, in particular, any references in the "Infrabel" documents to the Royal Decree of 18.6.2017 relating to the award of public contracts in special sectors are not applicable for this contract. Any references to articles specific to special sectors of the RD of 14.1.2013 establishing the general rules for the execution of public contracts should be understood as referring to traditional sectors.
