The subject of the contract is the service of implementing a wide-ranging communication campaign concerning European Funds for Wielkopolska.
1. The subject of the contract is the service of implementing a wide-ranging communication campaign concerning European Funds for Wielkopolska. The tasks included in the contract are described in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. Other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the ordering party.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.
4. The Contracting Authority does not require under Article 95(1) and (2) of the PPL Act that the Contractor or subcontractor employs persons performing activities in the performance of the subject of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship.
5. The order will be executed for a period of 26 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The deadline indicated above consists of:
1) the preparatory phase covering the period from the date of conclusion of the Agreement to the end of the calendar month following the month in which the Agreement was concluded,
2) and the implementation of the campaign within 24 months from the date of completion of the preparatory phase.
In addition, the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the above deadline by one or two Campaign Stages, i.e. by three or six calendar months, respectively, on the terms set out in § 3 section 4, point 2) PPU.
6. The contracting authority shall require submission together with the offer of the said means of evidence referred to in Chapter XII, paragraph 9, points c) and d) of the SWZ. This means of proof shall not be supplemented. Failure to attach this evidence to the offer will result in rejection of the offer.
