Description:
Purchase Asset Management System (AMS)

The agreements for the current Asset Management System (AMS) within the VRF and the VRGV expire on 31 July 2023. The VRFGV also need an AMS for the period after 31 July 2023. In order to legitimately meet this need, a European tendering procedure is necessary.

Section 2.6.1 of the Descriptive Document lists the number of users.

A ceiling amount per phase has been included for the tender. See section 2.6.2 of the Descriptive Document. The total ceiling amount is € 810,000.
