The work will be carried out within an estimated overall period of 31 months (Preparation: 2 months; New construction work of the TF nursing home: 18 months; Moving: 1 month; SRG to restructuring work: 10 months). The works contract is divided into 2 tranches. The effective date of the act commencing the performance of the firm tranche of each lot shall be single and fixed by notified administrative order. If the client decides to strengthen the optional tranche, this decision will be notified to the holder by administrative order. The reasonable period for firming shall be 180 calendar days from receipt of the firm tranche. The site installation, as well as the restoration of the premises are included in the overall execution time. The total value of the works specified below is only indicative (including firm and optional tranches)
A previous consultation was launched and allowed the notification of the 22 lots. Nevertheless, the company initially selected to carry out the work on lot no. 01 Gros OEUvre wished to withdraw from the contract. This is why this contract concerns only structural work (lot 1) which will be integrated into the overall performance of the work.
