The subject of the contract is the delivery of a new system, installation, configuration and implementation of the PACS system along with integration with the HIS Eskulap system operated in the entity by Nexus Polska Sp. z o.o.

1. Delivery of the PACS system in the SaaS model or locally.

2. Installation, configuration and implementation of the PACS system at the Ordering Party's headquarters.

3. Connecting devices to PACS.

4. Integration with HIS Eskulap.

5. Staff training.

Delivery of licenses for the PACS system.

The Ordering Party requires the provision of a license unlimited in time, enabling the operation of devices at least: CT / MR: 3 pcs. and other diagnostic devices 10 pcs., the possibility of expanding with further devices as part of additional orders.
