The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity with a variable price determined on the basis of hourly prices of the Day-Ahead Market in the period 16.08. – 19.09.2023 in the following planned fixed hourly quantities:  1.5 MWh/h – in the period: 17-18.08.2023,  2.5 MWh/h – in the period: 19-28.08. and 07-17.09.2023,  3.0 MWh/h – in the period: 16 and 29-31.08. and 01-06 and 18-19.09.2023, (detailed schedule is attached as Annex 1 to OPZ) without commercial balancing service to the facility of the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant in Krakow in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
