Delivery with assembly of furniture to the building at 5 Buszy Street in Rawicz and to the Rawicz Multilibrary Library

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery with the assembly of free-standing furniture, tarpieces, wardrobes, poufs and chairs, custom-made furniture, external furniture and equipment such as blinds and lamps as part of the task specified in the budget resolution "Revitalization in the historic urban space of Rawicz at the streets: Rynek, Ignacy Buszy and Szarych Szeregów. Rawicz".

Investment co-financed from the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020, Measure 9.2. Revitalization of cities and their districts, rural, post-industrial and post-military areas, Sub-measure 9.2.1. Revitalization of cities and their districts, rural, post-industrial and post-military areas.

Delivery with installation of equipment to the building at 5 Buszy Street in Rawicz – stage I – delivery of custom-made furniture

1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery with installation of equipment to the building at 5 Buszy Street in Rawicz - stage I - delivery of custom-made furniture as part of the task specified in the budget resolution "Revitalization in the historic urban space of Rawicz at the streets: Rynek, Ignacego Buszy and Szarych Szeregów. Rawicz".

2. The scope of work on the implementation of this contract, within the proposed price, includes delivery, transport, unloading, assembly and arrangement of furniture in the rooms in accordance with the list on the floors: ground floor, 1st floor, attic, in particular:

a) Delivery and installation of cabinets

b) Delivery and assembly of tables

c) Delivery and assembly of kitchen furniture

d) Delivery and installation of racks

e) Delivery and installation of enclosures

f) For joint and installation of corner cabinets

g) Delivery and installation of commander cabinets

h) Delivery and installation of hangers and stools

Note: All furniture should be made quantitatively with the included measurement, and the details of the execution of individual furniture in accordance with the list of equipment along with drawings and descriptions.

3. The Contractor, in the implementation of the task, as part of the offered offer price, will also be obliged to:

1) Making furniture from one series / type / model and if possible to be from standard elements (e.g. kitchenettes).

2) Making furniture in such a way that individual furniture is compatible with each other and visually creates a uniform combination. This applies in particular to the thickness of countertops, bodies, finishing elements, colors, fabric finishing, metal frames, veneers, fittings (all colors should be agreed with the Ordering Party).

3) Setting, leveling and twisting furniture so that it forms one common whole.

4) Compliance with applicable health and safety and fire protection regulations and protection of rooms in which the task will be carried out against dirt, dust and damage, including door joinery, floors, carpet and PVC.

5) Insurance of the area covered by the contract for damages that may occur in connection with certain random events and against civil liability, incurring the costs of damages resulting during the execution of works, as well as incurring liability for any events arising from this reason (having a current and paid insurance policy during the contract execution period and presenting it to the Ordering Party at each of its requests within 2 days from the date of the call).

6) Organization and development of the place of assembly works and, if necessary, implementation of the safety and health protection plan in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 23.06.2003 on information on safety and health protection and the safety and health protection plan (Journal of Laws No. 120, item 1126).

7) Management of waste generated during assembly works. Utilization should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and its cost should be included in the offer price.

8) Maintenance of the installation site (repairs, water, electricity, telephone, construction supervision, etc.).

9) After the completion of the works, bringing the area to its original state, dismantling temporary facilities and tidying up the entire area occupied for carrying out works.

10) Providing a guarantee and quality guarantee for the work performed and installed furniture, in accordance with the submitted offer (from 24 - 60 months).

4. The Ordering Party recommends making a local inspection in order to familiarize yourself with the area intended for the investment. Taking measurements from nature. The cost of the on-site inspection shall be borne by the Contractor.

5. The contractual provisions relevant to the parties concerning the contract in question are included in the attached draft contract constituting Annex 11 to this SWZ.

Delivery with installation of equipment to the building at 5 Buszy Street in Rawicz – stage II – delivery of other furniture

1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery with installation of equipment to the building at 5 Buszy Street in Rawicz - stage II - delivery of furniture remaining as part of the task specified in the budget resolution "Revitalization in the historic urban space of Rawicz at the streets: Rynek, Ignacego Buszy and Szarych Szeregów. Rawicz".

2. The scope of work on the implementation of this contract, within the proposed price, includes delivery, transport, unloading, assembly and arrangement of furniture in the rooms in accordance with the list on the floors: ground floor, 1st floor, attic, in particular:

h) Delivery and installation of roller shutters

i) Delivery and installation of shelves

m) Delivery and installation of wardrobes for the hall

n) Delivery and installation of floor standing cabinets

o) Delivery and installation of clothes hangers

Package 1 – upholstered furniture, wardrobes, poufs and chairs

2. The scope of work on the implementation of this order within the proposed price includes transport, unloading, assembly with the arrangement of furniture in the rooms in accordance with the following list and design on the floors: K1, K2, K3, K4 in particular:

a) Delivery and assembly of chairs

b) Delivery and installation of the PREMIUM cabinet

c) Delivery and installation of sofas and poufs

d) Delivery and installation of window cushions

e) Delivery and installation of corners

3. The detailed scope of the order has been determined by:

1) The included measurement with the presented number of individual furniture.

Package 2 – outdoor furniture, blinds and lamps

as part of the task specified in the budget resolution "Revitalization in the historic urban space of Rawicz at the streets: Rynek, Ignacy Buszy and Szarych Szeregów. Rawicz".

2. The scope of work on the implementation of this order within the proposed price includes transport, unloading, assembly with the arrangement of furniture in the rooms in accordance with the following list and design on the floors: K1, K2, K3, K4 in particular:

a) Delivery and installation of hanging chairs

b) Delivery and assembly of terrace furniture with table and umbrellas

c) Delivery and installation of desk lamps

d) Delivery and setting of pots

e) Delivery and installation of window blinds
