. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the building of the School and Preschool Complex No. 1 in Dąbrowa Górnicza. A detailed description can be found in Annex 8 to the SWZ - technical documentation.

1. Description of the item of the order

1.1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the building of the School and Preschool Complex No. 1 in Dąbrowa Górnicza

1.2. The scope of work includes works covered by the documentation, including. Including.:

- adaptation of the ground floor to the pre-school function,

- kitchen renovation (change of kitchen technology),

- liquidation of the internal staircase and supplementation of the ceiling,

- extension of an external staircase,

- reconstruction of the stairs to the basement,

- separation of the concierge room at the main entrance,

- replacement of sanitary sewage systems,

- works related to the reconstruction of the boiler room and chimney system

- building a terrace for school rooms,

- adaptation of the existing building to the applicable fire regulations,

- LED lighting,

- weak, high-current, lightning protection electrical installations

- repair of the façade of the existing School building with replacement of window frames and renovation of the roof covering

- insulation of external partitions

- system-wide robots.

1.3. The order will be executed on the basis of:

1. tender specifications,

2. provisions contained in the content of the future agreement,

3. bills of quantities,

4. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works,

1.4. The works will be carried out on an active facility

1.5. Reconstruction of the ceiling and internal stairs should be planned for the holiday period.

2. WARRANTY AND WARRANTY

2.1. The Contractor grants a guarantee and warranty for a period of 5 years.

2.2. Detailed provisions regarding the guarantee and warranty are included in the draft provisions of the contract.

3. EQUIVALENT SOLUTIONS

3.1. If the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origin in the description of the subject of the contract, sources or a specific process which characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, it is permitted to offer equivalent solutions to those described, provided that the by not the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc.

3.2. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution he offers fulfils the requirements laid down by the Contracting Party. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions with its description or standards.

3.3. Where the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
