The subject of the order is “Modernization and expansion of street lighting by installing an energy-efficient lighting system and central control of LED lamps in Stężyca Municipality”, divided into tasks:
Task 1:
The scope of work includes, inter alia:
(a) the development of technical documentation enabling the execution of assembly works in accordance with the conditions of PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Lublin Energy District Puławy No.
Task 2 — construction of the nn line of energy-saving road lighting
The subject of the order is “Modernization and expansion of street lighting by installing an energy-efficient lighting system and central control of LED lamps in Stężyca Municipality”, divided into tasks:
Task 1:
The scope of work includes, inter alia:
(a) the development of technical documentation enabling the execution of assembly works in accordance with the conditions of PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Lublin Energy District Puławy (together with obtaining all necessary opinions, arrangements, decisions, permits in their own right and at their own expense.
(b) the execution of assembly works consisting of:
• dismantling 817 pcs of existing street lighting fixtures with soda diesel light sources together with luminaire supply wires and luminaires and terminals,
• delivery of 817 pieces of street lighting fixtures with LED light sources including control system,
• Installation of 817 pcs of street lighting fixtures with LED light sources with luminaire power wires and luminaire protection and clamps,
• delivery of 817 pcs of booms with fixing fixtures,
• dismantling 817 pcs of booms with fixing fixtures,
• Installation of 817 pcs of booms together with fixing fixtures,
• modernization of street lighting control system — modernization of control cabinets measuring street lighting,
• installation and commissioning of the control system of street lighting fixtures — including training at least 2 employees of Stężyca Municipality.
(c) disposal of dismantling materials, including luminaires and light sources.
(d) execution of as-built documentation.
The contracting authority requires that products (materials) offered by the contractor under the subject of the contract shall be characterized by technical and utility parameters not inferior to those indicated in the SWZ documentation - Annex No 7 - OPZ
• the lighting fixtures offered must comply with the technical and utility requirements of the contracting Party and guarantee the values of the lighting parameters at a level not less than the requirements of standard PN—EN 13201:2016 — Road lighting;
• the total power of all lighting fixtures offered for installation in the scope of Task 1 (without the added sections) i.e. the total actual power of all fixtures shall not be more than 33,51 kW.
Task 2 — construction of the nn line of energy-saving road lighting.
The scope of work includes the locations of:
(a) Stężyca street Rokicka: parcels no. 460, 895/36, within 0014 Stężyca, registration unit 061605_2 Stężyca,
b) Nadwiślanka: parcels no 82, 163, within 0007, Nadwiślanka, registration unit 061605_2 Stężyca,
c) Stężyca Street. Cicha: plots no.: 2114/4, 2645/8,5000/1,895/52 and Złote Sand Street: plots no.: 895/53 within 0014 Stężyca, records unit 061605_2 Stężyca.

Task # 1:
(a) Annex 7 — OPZ for Task No 1.
(b) Annex No 8 — PGE Distribution S.A. conditions for task no. 1.
Task # 2:
(a) Annex 9 — construction project — Stężyca Rokicka Street.
(b) Annex No 10 — construction project — Nadwiślanka.
c) Annex No. 11 - construction project - Stężyca Street Cicha and Złote Sands.
