the purpose of this contract is to entrust to an Undertaking or a group with an agent, a global management contract with energy performance with an obligation of results, including the management and maintenance of public lighting installations and tricolour light-signalling installations, as well as the restoration, modernisation or creation of public lighting and tricolour light-signalling installations and the management of illuminations festive of the city

All the missions of this global performance contract aim to modernize the public lighting heritage, as well as the tricolor light signalling installations of the city of Bondy in order to reduce operating costs and energy consumption. The energy performance target, at the end of the market, is a minimum 50% reduction in consumption compared to the initial situation. This public performance contract, according to the provisions of Article L.2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code, combines design, construction, operation and maintenance.
