Open procedure aimed at the stipulation of a framework agreement for the award of the supply of biodegradable bags from lt. 120 and lt. 240 for separate waste collection

The framework agreement concerns the supply, for 6 (six) months, of biodegradable and compostable bags, from lt. 120 and 240, compliant with UNI EN 13432:2002 standards and meeting the requirements of UNI EN 13592:2017, intended for the separate collection of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste,

The framework agreement concerns the supply, for 6 (six) months, of biodegradable and compostable bags from lt. 120 and 240, compliant with UNI EN 13432:2002 standards and meeting the requirements of UNI EN 13592:2017, intended for the separate collection of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste.

The estimated value of the framework agreement, calculated on the presumed quantities indicated above for 6 (six) months, is € 327,000.00 (three hundred and twenty-seven thousand euros / 00) excluding VAT, of which:

- € 192.000,00 for the supply of biodegradable bags of 120 lt;

- € 135.000,00 for the supply of 240lt biodegradable bags;

- € 0.00 for interference security charges not subject to auction discount pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 26 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
