The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the construction of two retention reservoirs, construction of valves and reconstruction of existing culverts on the canals as part of the task "Construction and reconstruction of facilities in the project: Small retention and prevention of water erosion in lowland areas in the Rudnik Forest District". The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified, respectively, for the part of the contract: bill of quantities, design and technical documentation as well as technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which constitute attachments to the ToR. The subject of the contract was divided into two parts ('Packages'). The main objective of this project is: to strengthen resistance to threats related to climate change in lowland forest ecosystems.

The order part is divided into 2 tasks:

1. Construction of a storage reservoir in the Czarny Las forestry on plot No. 5714, Rudnik nad Sanem-

The scope of the investment includes the construction of a small retention tank with associated infrastructure. The designed facility is located within the Czarny Las forestry, forest branches 126 and 127, managed by PGL LP - Rudnik Forest District. The tank will be made in a side system, it will be supplied with flowing water through the "Bears" channel.

2. Construction of a storage reservoir in the Glinianka forestry area on plot No. 893, Dąbrowica district

The scope of the investment includes the construction of a small retention tank with associated infrastructure. The designed facility is located in the Glinianka forestry area, forestry branch 253, managed by PGL LP - Rudnik Forest District. The reservoir will be constructed as a flow tank, located on the existing drainage ditch draining forest land.

The smallest part of the order is the total scope of work described in successively numbered attachments related to individual lots. The contracting authority does not allow further division of the contract.

The contracting authority requires for the entire contract employment by the contractor or subcontractor based on the employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting of the following activities, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

- earthworks,

- excavation and backfilling, strengthening of slopes,

- demolition works,

- reinforcement and concrete works,

- pipe assembly,

- execution of stone cover and wooden palisades - execution of wooden sheet piling,

- reinforcement works and concreting,

- grubbing trunks,

- soil profiling and compaction,

- paving.

The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified, respectively, for the part of the contract: bill of quantities, design and technical documentation as well as technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which constitute attachments to the ToR.

The contractor will provide a free quality guarantee for the subject of the contract for a period of not less than 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the works. The contractor will be liable under the warranty for physical defects under the terms of the Civil Code / 5 years /.

The Employer provides for the settlement of tasks by stages. One Contractor may submit an offer for one part of the contract.

The order part is divided into 4 tasks:

1. Reconstruction of the existing culvert on the Niedźwiedzie canal on plots No. 5710 and 5712, Rudnik nad Sanem

2. Reconstruction of the existing culvert on the Niedźwiedzie canal on plots of land no. 5725 and 5726, Rudnik nad Sanem

3. Reconstruction of the existing culvert on the Niedźwiedzie canal on plots No. 5726 and 5738, Rudnik nad Sanem

The investment from task 1-3 is located in forest branches 125, 140 and 141 forestry Czarny Las and Dumbles. The purpose of the investment is a sectional reconstruction of the channel of the Niedźwiedzie channel in the area of existing drainage culverts. As a result of the works carried out, the flow of water flowing through the channel will be improved and the conditions for draining the area and the flow of rainwater and snowmelt will improve.

4. Restoration of functions to wetland areas in the Pogoń forestry area - construction of three valves on plot No. 2664/1, Nowosielec District

Location: Forestry Pogoń on plot No. 2664/1 within the geodesic area of Nowosielec in the commune of Nisko. Construction of valves on the existing drainage ditch draining rainwater and snowmelt from forest land and flowing directly into the "Barcówka" watercourse.
