This contract brings together the work to widen the SNCF structure (OA2) and the construction work for the acoustic screen along the A36 near Lutterbach (between interchanges 17 and 16 in the direction of Germany towards Belfort) and installation of catenary protection in the direction Belfort towards Germany. This consultation is part of an overall operation; this work is being carried out as part of the operation to complete the upgrade to 2 × 3 lanes of the A36 in Mulhouse. The works are on the A36 between the PR 102 and 100 in both directions of traffic.

Form of market: tranche. Award of a single market. Benefits divided into two tranches:

- firm phase: extension of the SNCF engineering structure. Deadline for the firm phase: seven months;

- optional phase: see II.2.11).
