The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, SPO in Mokrawica, SPO in Świnoujście and SPO in Mielenko Drawski

Diesel oil (according to PN-EN-590:2013-12)

1) Part 1 Słajsino – the scope of the contract includes cashless refuelling of liquid fuels in an amount not exceeding 600,000.00 L in the following assortment:

a) diesel oil – 600 000,00 L

b) the sale will be made without cash

c) the place of supply of fuels is RZGO in Słajsin

(d) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks

e) capacity: 3 tanks x 5000 L = 15000 L

(f) the minimum quantity of a single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, a maximum of 15000 L

2) Part 2 Mokrawica – the scope of the contract includes cashless refuelling of liquid fuels in an amount not exceeding 30,000.00 L in the following assortment:

a) diesel oil – 30 000,00 L

b) the sale will be made without cash

c) the place of supply of fuels is SPO Mokrawica

(d) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks

e) tank capacity: 3500 L

(f) the minimum quantity of a single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, up to a maximum of 3500 L

3) Lot 3 Świnoujście – the scope of the order includes cashless refuelling of liquid fuels in an amount not exceeding 50,000.00 L in the following assortment:

a) diesel oil – 50 000,00 L

b) the sale will be made without cash

c) the place of supply of fuels is the SPO in Świnoujście

(d) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks

e) tank capacity: 3500 L

(f) the minimum quantity of a single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, up to a maximum of 3500 L

4) Lot 4 Mielenko Drawskie – the scope of the order includes cashless refuelling of liquid fuels in an amount not exceeding 18,000.00 L in the following assortment:

a) diesel oil – 18 000,00 L

b) the sale will be made without cash

c) the place of supply of fuels is the SPO in Mielenko Drawskie

(d) the sale of fuel will be carried out by refuelling into fuel tanks

e) tank capacity: 3500 L

(f) the minimum quantity of a single delivery will depend on the amount of fuel consumed, up to a maximum of 3500 L
