The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
The cleaning of 15 locations that fall under the Scholengroep Holland, in accordance with the established work program, whereby flexibility is offered in the services at the various locations at a previously agreed budget. The available budget is EUR 289 300 excluding VAT on an annual basis. All work is included in this amount, including at least the work included in the attached work program.
The following activities are included in the budget:
Regular and periodic cleaning maintenance
Window cleaning (2x inside and outside, including separation glass)
Specialist floor maintenance (including preservation, shampooing, scrubbing)
Everything mentioned in the descriptive document of the main tender with tender reference 118616 applies to this lot. In addition to submitting all documents for the main tender, the Tenderer must answer the quality questions for each lot that is being subscribed to.
