The project includes the planning, the ready-to-use construction of a new building with a usable area of approx. 2 500 m 2 including the connection to the stock, the adaptation of the outdoor facilities and the interim financing of the services.

The space program of the new building includes general classrooms, communication, movement and rest areas, administrative and teaching areas and other ancillary rooms.

System construction solutions in space cell construction / containers are excluded for the new construction of the building.

The Contractor shall, on the basis of a functional specification of the works with space program, provide all necessary planning and construction services for the ready-to-use construction of the new building and the connection to the existing building as well as maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the adjustment of the technical installations. This includes the application for planning permission and the provision of temporary bridge financing. A transfer of land to the contractor is excluded.

The client expects a comprehensive overall offer for planning, construction and interim financing services as well as maintenance services within the extended liability for defects of 5 years.
