4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of disk arrays, network devices for the University of Lodz.

4.2. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in the assortment and price sheet set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

4.3. Delivery includes equipment factory new and not used.

4.3.1. Under the term “delivery” it is necessary to mean the delivery at your own expense and risk of the equipment required by the Contracting Authority.

4.3.2. The term "installation" shall be understood as the connection of equipment and installation, commissioning, configuration according to the needs of the Ordering Party and verification of the correct operation at the place of use.

4.4. The subject of the order has been divided into 3 parts.

4.4.1. Part 1 — Disk array including disks

4.4.2. Part 2 — Switch,

4.4.3. Part 3 — Switch.

4.5. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids. Therefore, the Contractor has the possibility to submit a bid for one or all parts of the subject of the contract.
