Lewisham Homes Ltd as the London Borough of Lewisham’s housing company intends to appoint a range of economic operators to support its interim, permanent and temporary staffing needs. The service model will be established as a Framework and will deliver the general and specialist/technical need within the organisation by having more direct access between agencies and our internal teams through different lots that are aligned to skill sets and job categories.
The services required are vital to support LHL’s statutory responsibilities and strategic corporate objectives. The Service will consist of 6 lots that will be split into two sections across each area, which will be permanent and fixed term contracts, and interim and temporary. Agencies are invited to tender for as many lots as they feel they can deliver against. LH intends to appoint up to 3 agencies per Lot.
Lot 1 specific requirements include the supply of temporary and permanent executives.
Lot 2 specific requirements include the supply of temporary and permanent property services, safety and environment staff.
Lot 3 specific requirements include the supply of temporary and permanent resident services staff.
Lot 4 specific requirements include the supply of temporary and permanent finance, procurement and IT staff.
Lot 5 specific requirements include the supply of temporary and permanent development staff.
Lot 6 specific requirements include the supply of temporary and permanent HR, Marketing, Communications and admin staff.
