Community tender with an open procedure concerning the replacement canteen service provided by means of electronic meal vouchers for the benefit of ENAV SpA and Techno Sky Srl employees.
The contract duration will be 24 months (starting from March 2023), plus a further 12 optional months under the same conditions and prices offered in the tender.
With regard to meal vouchers for ENAV SpA employees, the presumed annual amount amounts to € 5,270,000.00 (e.g.); the total amount, including option, amounts to € 15,810,000.00 (eg. VAT)
With regard to meal vouchers for techno Sky Srl employees, the presumed annual amount amounts to € 1,309,000.00 (e.g.); the total amount, including option, amounts to € 3,927,000.00 (eg. VAT)
The face value of the single meal voucher is € 8.50.
For the services in question, risks of interference are excluded, pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08; therefore the amount of interference safety charges is zero.
The contract concerns the substitute canteen service rendered by means of electronic meal vouchers for the benefit of ENAV SpA and Techno Sky Srl employees, for the duration of 24 months (starting from March 2023), as well as a further 12 optional months at the same conditions and prices offered in the tender, as better detailed in the Tender Specification.
With regard to meal vouchers for ENAV SpA employees, the presumed annual amount amounts to € 5,270,000.00 (excluding VAT); the total amount, including the option, amounts to € 15,810,000.00 (excluding VAT).
With regard to meal vouchers for Techno Sky employees, the presumed annual amount amounts to € 1,309,000.00 (excluding VAT); the total amount, including the option, amounts to € 3,927,000.00 (excluding VAT).
The total amount of the contract, including the options, is therefore equal to € 19,737,000.00 (excluding VAT).
The face value of the single meal voucher is € 8.50.
Two separate order letters will be stipulated with the successful bidder (each with an initial duration of 24 months and an amount equal to that offered in the tender, down from the auction base): one referring to the needs of ENAV SpA staff, one referring to the needs of Techno Sky Srl staff.
