The subject of the contract is: purchase of medicines for the chemotherapy department.
The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
Successive deliveries of the subject of the order are to be carried out to the Hospital Pharmacy located in Pavilion III of the Hospital on the ground floor and to the warehouse located in the basement of the Hospital, each time the Ordering Party will indicate if the place of delivery is a warehouse.
