The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 6 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018 item 2129 - hereinafter: "Forest Act") including the development of draft forest management plans together with a forecast of the impact of these plans on the environment and Natura 2000 areas for the Forest Districts: Rudnik, Rozwadów as of 01.2022.

1. The total area of the forest inspectorates for which draft forest management plan should be prepared [data as of 31.12.2018] is:

- Rozwadów 15 888 ha including forest area 15 680 ha,

- Rudnik 16 056 ha including forest area 15 795 ha.

2. The Awarding Entity reserves the right to change (+/-) up to 100 ha of the development area, which may be the result of verification of land records, real estate trading (exchange, purchase, sale), transfer or termination of the board during the course of furnishing works, which, however, will remain without influence on the amount of remuneration. In the event of increasing the development area to 100 ha for the forest inspectorate, the Contractor assumes the risk of a possible obligation to perform an additional scope of work.
