The subject of the order is the comprehensive delivery - including the sale and provision of distribution services - of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022, with a total forecast volume of 38.563.400 kWh to 217 collection points.

The subject of the order is comprehensive delivery - including the sale and provision of distribution services - of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E for the period 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2022r, with a total forecast volume of 38,563,400 kWh to 217 collection points.

A detailed list of reception points is Annex No 1 to SWZ. To determine the forecast gas consumption in kWh, a conversion factor of 11.4 was adopted for an estimated quantity of 3,382,756 m3.

The forecast natural gas consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the actual amount of gas collected, over the duration of the contract. The reduction or increase of gas does not incur any consequences for the contracting (gas customers), other than the need to pay for the actual amount of gas collected and transmission services in accordance with the applicable Operator Tariff.

The Contractor shall, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, be obliged to:

1) notification on behalf of its own and the contracting (recipients) of the comprehensive contracts to the relevant DSO in order to carry out the procedure to change the seller in accordance with the applicable rules,

2) represent the contracting (recipients) before the DSO in the seller change process.
