A. THE ITEM OF THE ORDER
The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the use of waste in classified waste according to the current waste catalogue — under code 20 03 07 — large-size waste of 1,500 Mg in a manner that causes the transfer of responsibility for waste management.
B. INFORMATION FOR THE CONTRACTOR
1) Waste will be passed on non-fragmented form.
2) The transfer of waste will be confirmed by waste transfer cards issued in the BDO system.
3) Waste code 20 03 07 will be supplied by the Ordering Party from the GPZOS in Sanok, St. John Paul II 59. Form of transfer of waste by the Ordering Party — in bulk.
4) The amount of waste to be transferred during the duration of the contract shall be 1,500 Mg at irregular intervals.
5) The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the waste delivered within the time limit specified in the Waste Transmission Charter issued in the BDO system by the Contracting Authority. In addition, the Contractor shall confirm the transport by telephone or e-mail to the Contractor's address indicated by the Contractor within 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery of the waste to the installation of the Contractor.
6) Waste intended for development will be transported at the cost and endeavour of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority will supply waste for its use with trucks with a “moving floor” semi-trailer or “hacker” cars with a KP 35 container. The cost of unloading the waste shall be borne by the Ordering Party.
7) For settlements between the Parties, the amount of waste transferred by the Contracting Authority shall be determined according to measurement on the electronic car weight of the Ordering Party.
8) The responsibility for the management of waste shall be passed to the Contractor upon the time of their acquisition. After taking over, all risks associated with the waste, due handling thereof, for the effects resulting from it and for the actions and omissions of employees and entities used in the execution of the subject of the contract shall be borne by the Contractor.
2. Due to the subject of the order, the service for individual tasks should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of:

2.2 Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended);
2.3 Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended);
2.4 Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathian Voivodeship and Resolution No XXXI/551/17 of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Sejmik of 5 January 2017 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathian Voivodeship 2022;
2.5 Resolution No XXXI/552/17 of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Sejmik of 5 January 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpathian Voivodeship 2022;
and other laws and resolutions applicable to the subject of the contract.
