1. Acquire high-performance, all-flash storage.

2. Acquire 5 years of maintenance when acquiring storage.

3. Agree contractually on the cost of an expansion of storage in anticipation of the future.

4. Work with a bidder whose certification level is recognized by the manufacturer.
