The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Staffordshire, supported by Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council is tendering for a domestic abuse support service which will operate across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

The aim is to commission an effective, consistent, coherent and coordinated domestic abuse service for:

— potential victims,

— potential perpetrators,

— children and families,

— victims,

— perpetrators,

— children and families,

— businesses and communities.

The model comprises three service elements:

— Prevention (Tier 1),

— Early Intervention (Tier 2),

— Targeted Support (Tier 3 and Tier 4).

Whole service for victims (including a support service for children and young people).

Whole service for perpetrators (for adults, children, and young people).
