The Association of North East Councils Limited trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) Framework Contract for the provision of office supplies. Office supplies including, but not restricted to Computer Consumables, Desktop Stationary and Copier Paper.

The Framework Contract has been established as a ranked list of 2 Contractors, whereby the Contracting Authority will issue a call-off Order directly to the 1st ranked Contractor that can fully meet their requirements without re-opening competition. Contractors appear in this notice in order of their ranking based on the outcome of the Award Questionnaire evaluation and pricing evaluation with the highest ranked being the bidder with the highest score.

If the 1st ranked Contractor notified NEPO that it is no longer able to supply under the Framework Contract, or if the 1st ranked Contractor is unable to fulfil a Contracting Authorities full requirements, or NEPO does not agree a price variation in accordance with clause 1 of the Special Terms and Conditions then Contracting Authorities may then place an order directly with the 2nd ranked Contractor on the Framework who can fully meet their requirements.
