This invitation to tender concerns construction and forging contracts for the construction of a district heating transmission line, distribution network and service lines in Biersted.

The tender specifications contain a detailed description of the task and the tender process, and the other material contains a description of the scope of the task. Unless Aabybro District Heating chooses to assign the task on the basis of an initial or subsequent tender, a negotiation process will be carried out in which the tenderers will be invited to parallel negotiation meetings, which will be documented in accordance with the description in the tender specifications. The deadlines for the submission of tenders are set out in the tender documents. The negotiation meetings are expected to be held in week 10 at Aabybro District Heating. The purpose of the negotiation meetings is to ensure that bidders are aware of where their bids might need to be improved. In this connection, Aabybro District Heating will comment on the offers already submitted. At the negotiation meeting, the tenderers will have the opportunity to challenge the tender documents. Aabybro District Heating reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tender and, if necessary, not to enter into negotiations with the tenderers.
