The Services should be provided via a nationwide radio network, which uses frequencies specifically issued by Agency Telecom for the handling of mobile voice and data traffic.

• The construction and management of a fixed mobile connection for voice traffic.

• The delivery and management of a private APN (Access Point Name) and any link for data traffic.

• Advisory services in the field of mobile communication.
