The purpose of the consultation is to carry out a master plan study to be implemented for optimal efficiency of the management of heritage and sanitation services (collective and rainwater) in compliance with the regulations in force, and an understanding of this efficient management for users, including at the tariff level. The consultation is launched according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

Candidates are informed that, to meet their needs, Clisson Sèvre et Maine Agglo and its 16 member municipalities have decided to launch a consultation in a group of orders. Clisson sevre et maine agglo has been appointed coordinator of the grouping of orders.
